Directions:
Place all ingredients in a closed container (with a tight lid) and shake (or mix with a stick blender).
Take twice a day on an empty stomach.
Sometimes there is a cleansing reaction to high doses of colostrum, so you might want to begin with lower doses and slowly build up. The standard dose, for general health, is 3 grams, 2x/day. You could also substitute vanilla extract with almond extract since the latter contains highly-beneficial benzaldehyde.
Colostrum
Colostrum is the first “milk” that comes out of a female mammal after she gives birth, and it has a highest degree or potency up to six hours after birthing. Colostrum supercharges and lays the foundation for the development of the infant’s immune system. Some of the key substances of colostrum may be deactivated by HCl which is not present in a newborn yet may be quite high in an adult. However, colostrum contains a lipid coating which helps protect many of its key ingredients against acid. Thus, to minimize damage, it is important to take colostrum on an empty stomach and not with anything that will elicit the production of stomach acid. Theoretically, taking some sodium+ potassium bicarbonate before taking colostrum may help neutralize stomach acid and protect the colostrum.
It is important to be "very choosy" when selecting colostrum since this is so precious and so delicate an elixir. I am not a biochemist and I have not been able to inspect the processing or substantiate the claims made by every company selling colostrum. From my research, however, and relying upon the opinion of many "experts" in the field, I have come down to a few brands that seem to meet the major criteria, including: the colostrum should come from primarily grass-fed cows (+ organic, non GMO feed, no hormones, etc.), be non-defatted, processed at low temperatures, and collected within the first six hours after birth.

Notes:
Sovereign Laboratories claims that the colostrum is best when protected with a liposomal coating, as this will protect the colostrum from stomach acid and enhance its delivery. (When certain vitamins and supplements, such as Vitamin C and alph-lipoic acid are in a liposomal form they are delivered much more efficiently but this may or may not apply to colostrum, which already contains a natural lipid coating.) Sovereign brand colostrum is specially processed to contain a liposomal coating. Immune Tree claims, "our natural chymosin coating protects and insures bio-availability" which means that all colostrum already contains a natural coating that helps protect it. PerCoBa also claims that colostrum is naturally protected from digestion without any need for an added liposomal coating. Synertek is also naturally protected (i.e., with no added liposomal protection) and it is endorsed by Apollo Ono so it must be good--and a bit more expensive than the other brands.
D-Ribose
D-ribose is a special type of sugar that supplies a crucial building block for the ATP molecule---the molecule that allows a cell to produce energy. It is especially beneficial to people who lack energy, have chronic fatigue, or have some heart deficiency. It also has the added benefit of not raising glucose levels in the blood (or insulin production). In fact, it often lowers blood sugar levels, which can be a problem if you are inclined toward hypoglycemia. As a sugar, it may feed Candida, and also cancer cells, though I suspect it would to a much lesser degree than a 6-carbon sugar like glucose or fructose. But this is only a guess since I have not been able to find any paper addressing this issue.
If you have any concerns, of if you don't need any additional energy, you may want to increase the amount of stevia and cut back on the amount of d-ribose---moving from 4 grams d-ribose + 7 drops of stevia, to 2 grams d-ribose + 10 drops of stevia.
A high-energy dose of d-ribose is about 15 grams/day (which is best taken at 5 grams, 3x/day).
"Ribose is special because it has only five carbons in its chemical structure, as opposed to six carbons in common sugars, like glucose, sucrose, and fructose. These 6-carbon sugars raise blood sugar levels, and cause your body to produce insulin. Unlike 6-carbon sugars, the 5-carbon sugar ribose does not raise blood sugar levels or cause your body to produce insulin. Instead, it helps you burn off more sugar, and limit fatigue at the root cause.
As you may know, your cells contain tiny “power plants” called mitochondria. These power plants produce an energy molecule called ATP. ATP is the source of all energy in your body. The more ATP your cells produce, the more energy you have.
When your heart is weakened, maybe due to aging or after a surgery, the heart cells are no longer able to produce enough ATP and energy. Without enough energy, the heart muscles become fatigued, and starve for even more energy. That’s why people with weakened hearts are so tired all the time. The good news is, it’s possible to strengthen your heart muscles and improve your stamina with ribose."
